Our products have value and are therefore shipped with care. If you choose insured or registered shipping, your package will be sent with extra protection.
Should a package unexpectedly go missing or not arrive, we start an investigation with the shipping partner. This allows us to have the issue carefully looked into and work together to find a suitable solution.

We ship all our parcels with PostNL. Your order is carefully packed and you receive a track & trace link, so you can see exactly when your parcel arrives.

Ordered before 23:59
Your order ships on the next business day. You receive a track & trace link so you can follow your parcel.
Choose your delivery date at checkout
At checkout, before payment, you choose the day your parcel may arrive. It costs nothing extra. Handy if you are not home during the day or need the device on a specific day.
We don’t pack on Wednesdays
Wednesday is not a processing day for us. If you order on Tuesday after 09:00, your parcel leaves on Thursday.
