Filing a complaint
Do you have a complaint about a product, order, delivery, repair, refund, or our service? Please always contact Hej Refurbished directly first. If possible, include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and any relevant photos or documents.
We will investigate your complaint and try to find a suitable solution together with you. If we're unable to resolve it together, please select your country of residence below. There you will find the independent organisation that can provide information, advice, or mediation assistance.
United Kingdom
If you live in the United Kingdom and we are unable to resolve a complaint about Hej Refurbished together, you can contact the UK International Consumer Centre free of charge for independent advice about a cross-border consumer dispute.
UKICC provides information, advice, and mediation assistance. UKICC is not a court or a binding dispute body that Hej Refurbished is affiliated with.

The organisation mentioned above provides independent information, advice, and in certain cases mediation assistance. Referring to this organisation does not mean that Hej Refurbished is affiliated with it or is obliged to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure.
If we are unable to resolve things together, you always retain the right to bring your dispute before a competent court.
