Not resolved? EU dispute resolution

As an EU consumer, in the event of an unresolved dispute you can file a complaint via the recognised dispute resolution bodies listed on the European Commission's platform.

For UK residents: Alternative Dispute Resolution

For UK residents, if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you can find approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers via the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).
