A model the manufacturer builds for companies rather than for the shop shelves. You recognise it by the range: ThinkPad, EliteBook, Latitude. The case is sturdier, the keyboard lasts longer, there are more ports and it carries security hardware a consumer model does not have.
More important for you: the parts can be replaced. Swapping a battery, an SSD or a keyboard is possible, and that is why such a laptop is still usable after four years instead of written off.

They are devices coming out of company lease cycles, usually after three to four years. That says nothing about their condition: they were used in an office during that time, not worn out. We select on age and technical condition, wipe them completely and put a clean installation on them.
It is about the looks, not the working order. As new has no visible marks, Excellent has light marks at most and Good has visible marks from normal use. Technically all three are tested on more than 50 points and get the same warranty.

Often yes, but not always: every device is bought separately, so of a given model there are sometimes only a few. If you need several of the same type, get in touch and we will see what is coming in.
